Hi, it depends which you plan you start on but if you start on ss+ here is an idea of what you can choose from:

120g of chicken or turkey
190g of cod or other white fish
250g of tofu
200g of quorn
180g of tinned tuna
225g of cottage cheese

Hi, I started on ss which I did for 12 weeks and then went on to ss+. I have been on 810 for the past 2 weeks as I am starting to move up the plans.
