I'm home in a few weeks time and plan on stocking up on stuff I can't get here. What non-perishables (foodie, we can get spices etc) would you recommend to stock up on for SW? What low or syn-free food is always in your shopping basket each week?
rice, pasta, beans, marmite, tinned spagetti. A lot of people like the noodle mug shots and pasta n sauces which are dried in sachets, I haven't tried them myself. Do you like soya mince? That's cheap.
sugarfee jelly, very small lightweight packets, make really good puddings for when you really need something sweet,nice made with diet lemonade or diet coke and strawberries
