Extra Easy what shall i cook

Friends for dinner tomorrow eve - what shall i cook? They dont like fish which is a shame. Any ideas chaps/chapesses before i go looking in my SW mags and books.

BURGER AND CHIPS! I would soooo treat myself with homemade burger and chips. Or a nice big roast dinner.

good ideas - i thought of good old spag bol, green salad and crusty bread (just for oh and guests) and a pud of some description

I decided to do the following because when i looked in the freezer i had everything for the meal. Just had to get dessert and bread.

We had Spaghetti Bolonaise
Slow roasted vegetables with lemon, lemon thyme, black pepper, crushed garlic and just a sprinkling of EV olive oil (BNS, Sweet Pot, New Pot, Courgette, Red Onion, Carrot, Parsnip, Red Pepper, Toms)
Mixed Green Salad with lemon juice
Crusty brown bread rolls

Ice cream roll (Tesco)
LF Raspberry (Tesco)cheese cake with strawberries and nectarines
I think the cheesecake was 6 syns for 1/6th
So i didnt do too bad syn wise

We all enjoyed our meal and my OH washed up - great
