Green Day What should I add to my pasta?

Hi all, tonights dinner is chicken ( he) and pasta, will add peppers onions and mushrooms to the pasta but what could I use to make it more flavoursome or saucy?
I made some garlic and herb philly with quark ( delish!) would the quark split if I add it to warm pasta?
Any other ideas greatly recieved

I don't think the quark would split as long as it's not on a direct heat?

I make a really quick pasta bake sometimes. While pasta is cooking I add dried chilli flakes, mixed herbs, bit of salt and a sweetener to tin of tomatoes and heat. Spoon tomato mix over dish of pasta, add HE 28g of grated cheese (and sometimes tablespoon of parmesan for 1,5 syns for extra cheesiness!) and grill until bubbly. Very quick and filling.

That sounds nice, am making a pasta type bolognaise tonight so will bear your recipe in mind
In the end last night I fried aome onions and peppers ( hubby had used all the mushrooms and didnt tell me.. Grrrr) and mixed them with some rice adding five spice and some veggie stock, was actuallu yummy! Had this with some maggi chicken
