What should I do? Help

I have been on TRF for 3 weeks and slipped the week end by starting refeeding on sat had salad sat sun & Mon. Would love to loose more weight and I have the shakes. Could i do the TRF for another week and then do refeed again? Any thoughts?
 
If you did the refeed menu ie small green salad and protein then I cannot see any problem with coming back to TFR. You will still be in Ketosis or only just out of it so will go back pretty much straightaway without too many of the initial problems. Go back to TFR and use up the shakes and then refeed properly. Good luck. :)
