I'm now f*rting like a piper :eek:
 
I look at this and remember the days when I was proud of myself for forcing myself to eat five in a day... and the many, many days when I would eat... one, or none :(

I tend to just have fruit and salads as my super frees. I'm not a veg-phobe I just prefer fruit. Do you think that's ok or do you reckon I could speed up my weight loss if I replaced a salad with a portion of veg?
