GRRRRRRRR!!!!

Ate lots of superfree. One of my favourites is grapefruit but its making my lips sore and tingly and numb. Think I have an allergy grrr!!!!

That happens to me when I have pineapple and get mouth ulcers 2. Cured it tho by putting salt on it to get ride of the acid. Works a treat and cannt taste the salt at all.

This thread has really made me stop and think about how many super free foods I actually have - and the answer is not enough. I probably have three or four bits of fruit and some veg with dinner but I dont think that is any where enough is it?
