Holy cow forget five a day with you all. It's more like 8 to 10!! I am convinced that in changing the way you eat you need to focus on what to eat rather than what not to so here goes:

Hey its my first week and I have eaten lots of super free food, but I feel extremely bloated! Is that normal? Don't think I've lost an ounce!! ?
