What superfree have you eaten today?

Ahh I see I just don't see how it workS. Well I do see co it's working lol but u no what I mean x

Superfree are fruit & veg that are very low in calories, so if you are filling up on these with and between meals then you are already being filled up without eating many calories - you can be reducing the amount of calories in your meals by half or more by doing this (because your plate is already full of superfree, (as are you), on less of the higher calorie stuff such as free food and synned stuff); and far more if you eat them as your snacks. Theyre just low calorie, healthy food that you should be eating anyway :)

I need to get into the way of having more fruit & veg, so far today I've only managed carrots and an orange! Dinner tonight will probably include carrots, peas, green beans and/or cabbage and I might have a banana and some strawberries later.
 
Mushrooms and tomatoes, but there will be raspberries, nectarines, onions, garlic and broccoli (not together!) later.
