Cruise PP what to do if iv not reached target weight?

    slimming world
    starting to worry,
    done 4 days of attack on with 63 days of cruise,then conso.


    just worked out and by 12th jan 2011 is my target to reach weight,then i should go onto conso

    what do i do if i dont?i have around 9lbs left to loose?:cry:

    The Dukan date plan of when you should achieve each goal is only approximate, scooby. So don't worry if it takes you a little longer to reach your goal. Go onto Conso when you've reached a weight that you're happy with and want to stabilise as your long-term goal.

    thanks got worried,iv been stuck at 9.9 stone for 3 weeks now,christmas and chocs havent helped lol,

    so iv upped my water intake and mad a for a walk and on wii,so hopefully get back on track soon

    and I always advise anyone whose weight loss has stopped to post their menus... there's usually "something"...
