What to do when goal weight reached!

Hi all, I'm currently doing Cambridge Sole Source and have lost 19 1/2lbs in 3 weeks. I'm finding it absolutely fine and it fits my hectic life very well.
I've got flippin' oodles of weight to lose but I'd like to know if once I reach my goal weight can I go over to Atkins?
I wonder whether I will gain weight! Should I start on the induction phase even though I'm at my goal weight? And should I carry on through all 4 phases until I determine what my CCLM is?

Hi Lynne, we have a few ex other diets on here. I'd wait until you are at goal and then suck it and see love.
