Evening to all!

I am taking the big step in hopefully going onto LighterLife in January. I have an information session on Wednesday and I am just wondering what to expect?

Will it just be a sales pitch? Or something else?

Help!! I'm nervous as hell! :sign0163:

It is nerve wrecking and exciting all at the same time. An unforgettable journey that can really change your entire life, and I don't just mean your weight!

If you go into this with will and determination and belief in yourself, it will be a breeze. Good luck to you, this is the start of an incredible roller coaaster ride!

Gotta Make A Change

Thank you :)

Has made me feel less petrified about going on Wednesday.

I know I have to go and see my GP, are they usually supportive?

Eeeee, I am rather excited...I know that once I make it through the first couple of weeks, then I will keep going....first week will be the hardest.
