how about roasted butternut squash wedges? I think they are a bit like sweet potatoes

I use bbc good food website a lot for inspiration hun. I'm sure there's an indian cauliflower dish (the name escapes me). Just look for indian foods and search side dishes.

Aloo Gobi is the cauliflower one ;) I guess I could make it without the spuds... I'm never doing red again.... I feel so restricted! Will take a look at the Good Food Site, not thought of that. TY x

Are carrots, parsnips, butternut squash free on red? what about cutting them into chips and roasting them? i also roast babycorn and asparagus etc sometimes with a curry. xxx

Parsnips aren't free on red only green but the others are fine.:)

Quite often I'll just do courgette ribbons or something as a side. Not very exciting but tasty.
