What veg?


Focused & goin for goal!
I know the veg list that you are allowed to have on AAM: spring greens, cauliflower, lettuce, mushrooms, cabbage, marrow, broccoli, celery, cress, courgettes or cucumber.

What else can you have? Can you have sprouts? String beans? Any other veggie stuff?

As far as I am aware sprouts are fine, not sure about string beans though!
I ate steamed string beans on add a meal a few times they were so delicious!

However, I read after no beans so assumed I couldn't have them again.

However, I did check for ketosis each day and it didn't affect it.
