Just weighed myself ..........says I've put on 5lbs.
Thats cos I've eaten all the Bad stuff LOL
Come on it was nice, I wont do it again ...for another 12 month at least !!!

I will admit that I have eaten...
  • mini pancake rolls
  • little chunks of spicy chicken
  • cocktail sausage rolls
  • cocktail sausages
  • bread rolls
  • chunks of different flavoured chicken
  • mini cornish pasties
  • cheesy bites
  • chocolate gateaux
  • 1 piece of fudge
  • 4 dairy milk chocolates
  • 2 marshmallows dipped in chocolate fondue
(Look..at least there was a lot of healthy chicken in that lot!!)
all this in the past 3 days.
In my defence though-it was all Icelands fault-they shouldn't do 3 for a fiver. And how good is 60 bits of chicken for a fiver?

I couldn't possibly list all that I've eaten and drunk, though it started with a Chinese takeaway on Christmas eve and lasted through to Saturday. I have to say though, I don't think I've eaten nearly as much as I usually do.
However today is a new day and my milk is measured out.
Tomorrow is my Birthday though.....so it won't last long.
Scales this morning are showing a 7lb gain though I realise some of that is just water weight....I hope!!!!

Well I have had chocolate (heros and celebrations) crisps (sensations thai sweet chilli!) sausage rolls, samosa things and other buffet picky bits, pavlova picky things! Ah who cares I know I can lose it from this week! minus the NYE blip LOL

I havent had any alcohol as I dont drink but I have eaten a helluva lot of junk! dont know what but it deffo includes, cake, choccies, crisps, biccies and cheese
Im back on the wagon when I return to work on 5th January there should be no junk left in the house by then and I wont be at home grazing through the cupboards! I have stuck a sign up in the kitchen that says its not christmas that counts its the other 50 weeks of the year that do.. im having 2 weeks of for my 30th and xmas then back on being good :)

thai green chicken curry
battered prawns
half a duck spring roll
prawn crackers and sweet chilli dip
cheese and biscuits (mmmm)
2 lattes (skinny though)
couple of kiddies sweeties

Not so bad at all considering.
Back on 100% today.

I'm feeling a little bit lardy... but am back on track now. I've given away ALL of the bad food to departing guests and whoever else happens to visit. Out of sight, out of mouth!
