What would you do ?

Heya guys ... i`m feeling really poorly :( Hubby and lil man had a tummy bug a few days ago ... i thought i`d escaped it, but evidently not, was soooo ill through the night it just wasn`t funny :(


I`ve had plain weetabix this morn, and 2 slices of wholemeal with a banana on for dinner (thinking bland) ... (Hexb and 6 syns for 1 slice of wholemeal eeeek) Also had a very, very milky Hot cholcolate options. (2 syns) ... I do want to keep on track, but i`m craving tinned chicken soup, or similar ... please don`t tell me "make my own" as, a) i don`t know how to and b) i feel ill and frankly don`t have the inclination to .....


So what can i have that isn`t going to blow my syns out of the water ? ?

screw the plan, if you're ill you're ill..
eat what you feel like because it's your bodies way of telling you what it needs ( chicken soup = proteins, fats and salts that need replacing most likely.. )
