Whats for breakfast?

3 egg omlette...eeek is that too much? I 'fry' halved baby tomatoes then add the egg mixture. Yesterday I used spring onions instead of tomatoes...yum. I still feel I'm eating too much though :confused:.
It does fill me up until lunch. I'm staying away from any bread products as that is my nemesis .
I also have oats with rice milk, banana and 1 tblspoon honey, but it doesn't keep me going 'till lunch as well.
If I feel peckish before lunch on odd days I have a bowl of my homemade veggie soup...Heck, I'm eating too much aren't I ?? Will have to see what happends on my first weigh in ;)
 
Had the yummiest breakfast this morning!

3 egg omelette filled with a chopped spring onion, a chopped cooked Tesco HL cumberland sausage (1 syn) and half my HEXA allowance of reduced fat cheddar.

Served with some syn free onion chutney

This sounds lovely! I'm especially intrigued by the sound of the syn free onion chutney - could I have more details please?

Feeling lazy today - had a roast chicken pot noodle in a mug :eek:
