Whats for breakfast?

chopped nectarine, apple, pear, clementine, kiwi, and a spoonful of cottage cheese
 
Just a ff yog for me!!! Boo!!!
 
today was a quorn & tomato toast with an apple and banana.
 
2 wholemeal toast (HExB) with low low spread cheese (2) & a mug of tea

Fruit to follow throughout the morning: pear, melon, banana, strawberries, nectarine & fresh coconut (HExB)

I just had scrambled eggs with melted cheese in (hex) and ham! yummy!
 
Ive just had strawberries and raspberries with a vanilla and choc muller yogurt 1 st day on sw Yay
 
Chocolate Weetabix (HeB + 2 syns) with skimmed milk (from HeA) and raspberries. Yum! :D
 
I can't find coconut on the healthy extra list!.. sorry!
 
I had 2 fried eggs (frylite) and mushrooms on 2 slices wml toast - really filled me up. :D

It's 28g fresh coconut for a HExB on green or so the food optimising book says x
 
I had 2 slices of toast with chocolate spread for my brekkie :)
