Inspired by James Martin talking about duck eggs on the British food revival, I bought some from the Market yesterday.

So I had a soft boiled duck egg with WM toast soldiers, and 2 tsp flora light (2 syns). Very yummy it was too!

It's bigger, has a bigger yolk proportionally and it's tastier than a hens egg
