Whats for breakfast?

Omelette. With lots in!
Mushrooms, grated carrot, onion, tuna, pepper, spinach and salt n pepper. Smelt a bit like wet dog while cooking but tasted gorge!

This morning it will be=Beans on two wholemeal toast, coffee & a apple.
