Whats for breakfast?

Sardines on toast (hexb) spread with light soft cheese (1/2 hexa) with irish diet yogurt :) yummy!!
 
Bulgar wheat (boiled in water + mixed little spenda), drained mix with natural yougurt and mango, strawberries, blueberries, cherries (shop brought frozen so defrosted in microwave so slightly warm and squishy). Its sooooo nice.
 
Very late breakfast - Cinnamon French toast with banana, blueberries & 1tbsp of maple syrup. It was so good!

As it is my birthday today, I had a big breakfast.

Sliced apple, banana and strawberries with mullerlight

Onion, mushroom, baked beans omelette with bacon & 1 co-op WM pitta.

Lovely it was too. Will do some miles on my exercise bike soon.

I tried a new one for me today. Chose it from the planner from the mag...

Porridge, topped with yoghurt, mixed frozen berries and honey.

Was yummy and perfect for a winter morning.
 
just had oats simple (hex & b) with a tsp golden syrup :) not sure what day I'm on so having some fruit as a mid morning snack

I'm not having that today.... But wish I was! I'm trying not to get fed up with it lol!

I put loads of mushers and tommies in mine.

It's lovely!
Fry off onions, mushrooms, smoked bacon (fat removed) and sliced (canned) new potatoes. When softened and coloured add 6 whisked eggs, wait for the bottom to set, add sliced tomatoes and HexA cheese and pop in oven till browned. Done! So easy, mega filling and can give 4 portions. You can add 2 HexA of cheese so half is a full hex.

I'm having another 1/4 at lunch time with a mix of beans, mushrooms and onions and still half left for tomorrow! I might have it with mushy peas tomorrow enjoy! Xx
