Im gonna have a proper breakfast today, 2 weetabix, sk milk and bananas and strawberries (if they havnt gone off lol!!)

Have had 2 days of breakfast on the go, 2 alpen bars and a ww yogurt and have hardly lost any weight so need to get back to my normal routine!! X

I had nutty muesli with milk and chopped up strawberries. Healthy b and a both gone before 10am!!
