Rice pudding with strawberries + pineapple
 
A small banana then a cheese (2) & veggie omelette with 2 bacon medallions
 
Wholemeal pitta (HEB) with fried red peppers, red onion, smoked aubergine, mushrooms and 30g of Tex Mex cheddar (from Aldi - 5 syns) and 0.5 syns very light mayo.
 
Magic porridge toffe flavour with raspberries, peach and banana, my winning combo for the week :) plus this lasts me all day too :)
 
Day 3 of success express and feeling bloated :( hoping it will settle down!
Breakfast was 2 1/2 soaked scan bran (1/2 heb) mashed with very low fat natural yog sweetened with drop of vanilla extract. Mixed with chopped grapes, strawberries, blueberries and cherries. Drank a glass of water afterwards
(did anyone see the family guy episode where peter eats a years supply of dehydrated food then drinks water and swells up? That's kinda how I feel this morning after scan bran + water!)
 
Bulgur wheat porridge and a bananananaaaaaaa I love this porridge. It's so nutty and delicious!!!

Cheese (part HExB) & onion omelette with 2 wholemeal toast (HExB), a big mug of tea & some strawberries to follow in an hour :)
