Whats for breakfast?

An apple before one slice of wholemeal bread and beans. Saving the other slice of bread for lunch!
 
LM sausages, reduced toms with Worcester sauce, baked mushrooms with egg, frylight "fried" bread, love my big breakfasts :)

Had two breakfasts this morning. Had porridge at 7am (25gms oats, 200ml ss milk). Went swimming and just got back (9.40) and am starving so am about to tuck into grilled bacon and scrambled eggs!!

Take the stalk out, bake them for about 15 mins until they fill with juice, tip the juice out, dash of Worcester sauce in each, crack the egg in then bake again for about 5 mins, one of my favourites

Help me!!!! I am Sooo sick of fruit but need some superfree in my breakfast. Im fine at the wknd as i have a cooked breakfast with toms mushroom and beans but during the week ill have toast or yogurt and most days ill eat fruit too but Im sick of it. Any suggestions? Half a tin of beans might be an option or a punnet of cherry toms.

Oh and I've bought the chocolate oatly milk but no idea what to do with it so would love suggestions for that too

I sometimes have half a tin of beans and a full/half a tin of chopped toms cooked together in the morning.
Im not a big fan of fruit so i only have either a small banana or blueberries in the morning.

It all depends how i feel.

Hey cabt really help too much I generally have fruit, but just to let you know beans aren't super free, they are just normal free if that makes sense lol maybe some raspberries with your porridge could be nice x
 
Another monster to start the day, I don't do this every day but I do find I get good losses when I do a lot of big breakfasts

Eugh really...i thought beans were superfree...Im gonna have to get polished up on what i can and can't eat lol. Thanks for the replies.

Are tinned toms superfree? So if i mix the two other would be half and half? Im not sure id like it bit i would try it anyway. Im the same...small banana or an apple or something. Sick of strawberries and grapes and berries lol

This looks fab...although banana and beans together is Sooo controversial lol...think ill have to try it!

Yeah tin toms are super free :) most veg are except for beans parsnips peas and sweetcorn I think they are the only ones could be wrong though! Mixing the two would defo work not sure how nice it would be haha x
