Whats for breakfast?

35g bran flakes, small banana, 170ml low fat natural yogurt and a tsp cinnamon.
 
I had apple, pineapple and strawberries :)

I've usually been having Porridge in the mornings, but then I am missing the bread. I've decided to shake things up and for the next few days have two Nimble wholemeal as my HEB. One with breaky and one with lunch. Today I had one slice toasted with one laughing cow light and a teaspoon of jam. So tasty! Also had a banana and muller lite. Should keep me nice and full till lunch time :)
