Mmmm that egg sandwich looks SOOO yummy!!!

ok so i tried to make the magic porridge pancakes.....total disaster!!! :(
dunno what i did wrong but ended up binning the mixture and the 2nd lot of slodge which i had in the pan at the time.
i tasted the first lot of mush but have now mixed some oats (not the full 35g seeing as i ate a spoonful from the attempt at the pancakes) and yog and i'm waiting on that "developing" in the fridge as we speak to have the normal magic porridge.
so disappointed...don't know where i went wrong??

How much yogurt did you use? I didn't use a whole tub of yog (most people use a whole mullerlight), only about 3 tbsp of plain ff natural yogurt. It was very thick and more like a paste. Then the egg loosened it up to a thick batter.

Sorry it didn't turn out well :( xx

i used a ww yog - so not as much as what a muller would be and obviously they're not as runny.
when the egg was in, it kinda just looked like normal porridge consistency and i knew they'd be more "flimsy" than normal pancakes but everytime i went to move them or turn them, they just spread everywhere so i tried to just piece them together but honestly, it was awful lol.
never mind...at least i tried ;) x

Strawberries and a strawberry Muller light- strawberry overload!!

I had a Saturday brunch

Lean ham fried as bacon (fry light) mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, 2 poached eggs and some new potatoes sliced and fried. Also toasted my HeB wholemeal roll to go with.

Washed down with plenty of water and followed by nice cuppa.

Will keep me going for a while I think

Ended up having a mushroom, onion and cheese omelette with toast (HEXB), WW spread (0.5 syn) and marmite.

Had a sudden invite out so had to combine breakfast and lunch into one! x
