Oats (hexB) mixed with muller light yoghurt (any flavour) and frozen berries left in the fridge overnight. I prefer to use 0% Greek yoghurt mixed with onken fat free yoghurt rather than muller yoghurt to cut out the sweeteners. Using onken does add some some syns depending on quantity used but very few.
Quinoa porridge with raspberries again. But, I annoyingly put the raspberries in with the porridge for too long (I normally add them at the end) so now they're mush and I have to syn them!
