Whats for breakfast?

Porridge made with skimmed milk and water with blueberries and a tsp of golden syrup
Filling and warming on cold mornings!!
 
I'm just tucking into a nice big bowl of mixed berries, topped with some Total 0% greek yoghurt mixed with sweetener :D
 
Only had time for an apple and a coffee so making up for it at lunch :)
 
All bran choc crunch with a greek muller (didn't like it as much as the golden crunch which is lovely)
 
Muller Light toffee yogurt and a very large banana :D
 
Raspberries, total Greek yogurt 0% and a sprinkling of low cal sweetener.

Made a difference to my usual fruit n fibre or weetibix!
 
Rice pudding with fresh berries! My new favourite!
 
Didnt have time for toast so am going to treat myself to a bacon wholemeal roll on the way to work! Yum!! X
