Whats for breakfast?

(Overlooked!) bacon and egg baskets with baked beans. No superfree I'm afraid

225g asda fat free yoghurt, 50g blueberries, 50g cherries & a banana.

Hiya, have you got the recipe for your half sun roulade?

Here it is
4 eggs seperated yolks in one bowl whites in another whisked until trippled in size
1/2 tub quark
4-6 tbsp sweetener
Few drops of flavouring such as vanilla lemon almond etc
1 tsp baking powder 0.5 syn
Mix quark sweetener n flavouring in with the yolks then fold the egg whites in until fully mixed
Line a swiss roll tin or similar flat tin woth baking parchment spread the mix out n bake for 15 mins 180 degree. Should ve golden brown. Sometimes the bottom can be a bit damp depending on which quark u you use so i normally peel parchment off n bake for another 5 mins
Sweeten the remaining quark then spread across the roulade add berries or other fruit then roll up. Or cut it in 2 more like a cake

French toast (heb) with yogurt (2 syns) and berries. Yum!
