Whats for breakfast?

I had oats so simple original packet with a tsp of golden syrup (1 syn) and a couple of small banana pancakes.
 
Bacon tomatoes mushrooms all on gorge foreman grill and a poached egg......yum yum all free on SW EE:)

Porridge with mixed berries as always!
 
Tesco grape, British pear, pomegranate and blackberry fruit pot. Plus a can of sugar free Red Bull.
 
35g of fruit and fibre (hexb) with skimmed milk.

I don't normally have cereal and I was surprised at how little you get for 35g!!!!
