Whats for breakfast???

Think this thread will come in handy as I'm not a big breakie eater but will make the effort as its supposed to aid weightloss :D xx
 
Muesli (non-toasted, with dried fruit), with soy milk...and slices of fresh apple or banana mixed through...warmed up in the microwave. Super yummy breakfast for cold winter days! And the oats in muesli are good slow release energy which keep me on a level energy plateu until lunchtime. Important with muesli to check that it's not toasted as the toasted one can be much more calories...and weigh it too. It comes out around 250 calories for me for breakfast. I've realised that sugary breakfasts or breakfasts with quick-release energy can result in energy crash which have me reaching for more snacks mid-morning.
