Whats for lunch?

    I had a half pitts stuffed with prawns. So hard working out what will fill me up with just 18 points!

    make use of 0point soup. i get 23 and sometimes find it really easy but then somedays even thats not enough-LOL

    I had some homemade lentil soup and a low fat strawberry yoghurt.

    Sarah 0 points soup is basically any zero points veg made up with stock. I usually have carrot and corriander, basically just carrots, onion, dried corriander and veggie stock. Really useful when your on such low points each day, or wanting to use you points for treats. :)

    I had a BLT which was a little naughty as it came to 7 points....still, I didn't get time for breakfast so not left too short for the rest of the day (I get 26points a day..)

    im on 18 for a week, maybe 2 - doing the quick start plan then im 25 a day.
