I am on ss and i not been having husks for over a week (give my body a break)... the past few days i been going for a poo a proper one twice a day? its brill cus i feel relieved etc, but i not eating food?

i am not moaning or anything

just weird...

you wait give it few days i be constipated lol...

how can i be pooping proply with no food in me? ok few nibbles of chicken here and there... lol

is it fat thats coming out?

hmmmm...this is a bit gross but people have up to 10lb of impacted faeces in their bowell. I guess that might be some of what is being loosened and released. lol
