please tell me this is all completely normal, only been on cd since yesterday...

1) walked into the canteen at work, saw the sarnies and thought "oh, that would be nice" - then had to sort of shake myself and remember what i am doing

2) feeling scared at the thought that i can't eat food :confused:

3) feeling nervous that i am gonna crack and give up :sigh:

4) just feeling scared in general about this complete overhaul :cry:

All totally normal, honestly! These first few days are truthfully the hardest, but after 3 or 4, once ketosis is in full force you will feel so much better.

Hang in there!

yes, its completely normal to have all those feelings :) but it does get easier

you all probably think i am a right wingey get... but at the moment i just feel so anxious/nervous...

dunno if it's down to the diet or if i am just thinking too much...

The first few days are so nervewracking, just keep at it, it gets easier.

And don't worry- you will be able to eat food again. Just think of this as a little holiday from it.

It really does get better. Keep telling yourself, "Oh no, I don't eat food" Pretty much as you would say, "Oh, no I don't drink bleach" I did this until i got into the habit of not eating and was able to address the way i use food in my life. You are doing well, keep going. x
