Now this one is blowing my mind....I went to WI on Tuesday fully expecting to have put on, reason being I had bad news and fell off plan for the majority of the week. I ate on the fly (none one day and a burger king the next inbetween darting to and fro) and drank quite a bit, ok a lot, of wine but thought ok its a bad week we all get them, back on the plan next week....so I get on the scales and lost 3lb thats near enough the best loss I have had since I started!!!
Any ideas as to whats going on as its confused me good and proper (unless of course its THIS Tuesday I need to worry about!) x
