Whats it all about?

Hi guys... I'm currently on weight watchers pro points and consistently losing but I'm doing a lot of exercise and simply cannot meet my energy needs with my points, even including the ones gained from exercise. Was in lots of negative points last week and still lost?? So, people keep telling me sw has lots of free proper food and so thinking maybe this would be better. Can someone tell me a bit more of how it works as I have no idea. Thanks x
