I'm not a SW girl but one of the things I include regularly is ice lollies. They are surprisingly low cal (if you choose the right ones!) and can just give me a 'sweet treat' lift when I need it. I like mini milks at just 30 cals and also fruity lollies like waitrose mango and passionfruit sorbet on a stick at just 85 cals. Yum!

Lots of fruit, veggies & salad
