Grilled chicken salad or a plain green salad with the dressing on the side & sparkling water. Stay away from chicken caesar salad the croutons and the dressing are just evil!!
I'm also going out tonight and I intend to have the same. :)

    restart 04/05/11 week 1 = 9 stones 7 -- week 2= 9 stones 5 -- week 3= 9 stones 3

as i found today not all places do chicken salad and when they do they add loads of stuff to it so remember to ask for no dressing don't eat the onions or tomatoes.
another good one would be cod or haddock (no batter of course) with veg but check which and consult the book.
or you could have omlette or tuna salad (same as chicken salad watch for dressing) or tuna steak or prawns
    remember to watch for dressings
