Hi wondered if any of you lovely people could advise me about toning up my sagging body
! I have lost a stone with 2 to go, while trying on some new smaller clothes I really noticed how flabby I am . I have started jogging about 8 weeks ago so I am doing some exercise . Do you think I can improve my appearance with some weight training ? I'm nearly 50 so know realistically ill never be super toned I never have been ! Any advice would be really appreciated especially if any one has been in my situation and actually managed to achieve becoming more toned ? Thanks x
