What's the difference between...

Weight Lose Diary and Food Diary?
They both seem to have the days food listed. I am thinking of starting one and not sure which heading to put it under. I want to keep a list of the food eaten and also the excerise I have done that day/week and would welcome any comments on where I may be going wrong.

The Weight Loss Diary, should really be about your thoughts, feelings and whats been going on in your life.
The Food diary, should be a daily entry of the food that you are eating.

Thanks. I will start mine in the Food Diary section then. Although you should never say ...tomorrow... on a diet I am going to wait until after WI tomorrow night and start it from my 1st slimming day of the week.

I have mine in the food diary section and I do list my foods but I also list my thoughts and blurb too! I didn't put it in weight loss section as I don't normally need to lose (need to this week though!)
Hope this helps (but I doubt it!)
