    Hi

trying to get familiar with SF so that I can jump on board in a week or 2......but what is the tracker that you refer to please that foods have to be green on in order that they can be classed as 0pp?

I have seen some green highlighted foods in the Shopping directory - are these them??

Sorry to ask what is probably a stupid question but I want to get it right when I start

    thanks again

    That's right!

You can easily identify Filling and Healthy foods as they're highlighted in green throughout the ProPoints plan and/or by a green ProPoints icon.

Also any food that has a ProPoints value of zero.

See list below, I have down loaded it and I find it very handy to refer to.
