    It's a Jillian michaels DVD,really good for inch loss look on amazon it's quite cheap x

    Is it a full blown work out....not sure my body would take that yet

    It's only 20 minutes but it is full on...it's a mix of Cardio and weights and you have 3 stages, the first is to ease you in but the first few times you will find it very hard,your fitness improves quickly though and you move up to level 2 after 10 days and level 3 after another 10 days.well worth the money and don't b scared like I said your fitness improves quickly with this workout and the inch loss is amazing x
