brekkie, lunch or dinner,

what could you eat every day, every meal....

im nosey! lol:flirt2:
 
do you have anything else on your plate or just chicken cheese and cream?

im struggling with the thought of, curry, no rice,
chillie no rice,
fish, no chips lol

i know i can have veggie chips but need to know the lowest carb veg, ie root veg

and ive seen people mention, sauli rice, but havent yet seen the recipe.
 
oh and i havent tried this yet but i have it as a planned meal...

like shish kebabs (ie, moulded meat onto a stick, i have bought lamb mince and morrocan spice and wil mould the mince onto the bbq sticks and grill and serve with salad, i CANNOT wait for that!

Beef, chicken and lamb. Lamb is my fav at the moment.

i could eat cauliflower with a curry powder cooked on it, but then i suppose jim would say its not green enough wouldnt he lol.
 
You will find when you start you will eat what use to be, strange things together.....Im shiftin the weight and eating lush....Im all happy days : o )

its in my head that i will be hungry if i dont have an accompniament to my main? ie, chips with steak, rice with curry.....ive seen people say they are less hungry, so maybe thats why rice and chips are lived without, your not hungry enough to want them!

Jims Curry
This works really well.
Finely chop half an onion and fry in extra virgin olive oil until brown.
Add salt to taste
Add 4 cloves of garlic and about inch root ginger finely chopped.
Add about teasp of cumin seeds
Add 2-3 green chillies finely chopped (add more or less to get the right heat!)
Chop two fresh tomatoes and add and fry untill cooked.
Add 1lb cubed raw chicken breast and fry until cooked.
Now add just enough water to cover and simmer for 20 mins.
Then uncover and reduce liquid (boil rapidly) until it is the consistency you like.
Add half a teasp of garam masala
sprinkle with a generous ammount of fresh corriander
