Synned item - Curly Wurly, Olives, Pesto, Velvet Crunch, Avocado. All lush additions to my week
Free food - Herbs & Spices (particularily Aromat), Eggs, Quorn
Superfree food - Mango all the way, or apples (sometimes simple is best)
Sw recipe - tricky, between the Eton Mess or Chicken Curry on the SW website
SW Friendly meal out - Simple is best - Jacket Pot with Tuna which you can get from most cafe's, Chef's Salad at ASK Italian (with some SW tweaks) or Salads generally with tweaks. Harvester for their plain chicken dish, which you add salad to. Nom nom nom! Or simply a steak with new potatoes is good too!
