What's your losses like on SS+

Hi guys, I'm officially joining CD on 16th Feb. I will be doing SS+ and wondered what your losses were like on this plan please. Any suggestions on the lead up to joining would be much appreciated.

my first week i lost 7lbs and tonight 2nd WI i lost 3lbs so im happy !

I think there not much difference in ss and ss plus losses.....think only 2lb a month difference.
Don't quote me but sure have read it some where.
