My waist was 46" when i started. After 5 weeks its now 39.5"
I was wearing size 24/26, and i haven't bought anything new yet so dont know what size i am now (maybe a 22/24 as my ass is still huge lol - was 57", now 52") but i do know that all my trousers are hanging off me, which is all good
