You seem to be really sticking with it, I'm sure you'll see the results this month.

Much calmer today -- thanks to Barack Obama and not being in the office. And having time to bake some bread, which is such a nice thing to do (as long as you can resist shoving it all in your mouth at the end!)

I am on day one, lots of inspiration up there ^, so I thought I would list my menu too.

B/fast - vanilla shake
Snack - raw carrot
Lunch - strawb shake
Snack - choc shake, 2 satsumas, small apple
Tea - small piece of cooked chicken, steamed cauli, broccoli & carrots
Snack - Skinny Moo hot choc (yummy & only 40 cals)

Cals for the day - 954 Kcals

Also an A to Z multivit, 1000mg of Vit C, Folic Acid as we are ttc next year and 2000mg of Evening Primrose oil.



I have guzzled 3.5 litres of water so far...and that's quite enough for today. :)
 
Ive just started so weigh in this tuesday.
Coming of cambridge diet not going to be suprised if i dont lose much first time around

breakfast 11am - 1 chocolate milkshake (made with the powder) 220
lunch 1.30 pm - 1 chocolate milkshake **** 220
mid day 5 pm - either choc milkshake or bar meal 220

small meal 7pm 400 cals

snacks fruit/pineapple chunks , carrots, veges ect...

Today my menu was/is:

b/fast - Choc shake
snk - large raw carrot & two satsumas
lunch - vanilla shake
snk - two apples
tea - chicken breast, six oven chips, green beans, cauli & mushrooms
snk - Skinnymoo hot chocolate (40 kcals)

And I feel contented yet not over full. Roll on day 3.


Cals for the day - 1050 Kcals

Also usual multivits & 4 litres of water, peeing well but my skin is glowing. :)

snk - two oat cakes and four brazil nuts
lunch - vanilla shake
snk - two apples & choc shake
tea - bacon and one egg sandwhich
snk - 40 kcal hot choc, one pear and one raw carrot



Cals for the day - 1500 Kcals

Also usual multivits & 4 litres of water. Had my maximum number of cals today as I have been out all day and didn't prepare my tea. So instead of a low carb meal I ended up having a bacon & egg sandwhich. Not as good as I would have liked, but I only had one and more importantly didn't have anything else.
I still have my pear, hot choc & carrot sticks for tonight.
