Im nowhere near there yet but wondered how much you lose on average when working up the plans so I can work out when I would need to do that. I initially thought I would wait until I was at the weight I wanted to be and then if I lose a few pounds going up the plan then I will have a buffer zone but if Im going to lose a stone then I will be too light then.

My cdc has gone on holiday for 18 days boo hoo, but on Thursday we started to discuss my end goal. The plan for me is to get to the top of my acceptable BMI then start moving up the plans. For me its a BMI of 25 which is around 10 5 or 6 (which would be bliss in itself)
