When does it get bearable?! End of day 3

I'll be coming up to my second week on Friday so just a few more days than you, but I'm so motivated this time around I'm planning to do it til end of next month so the same as you!

Fill your stomach with water as much as possible, honestly now you've achieved your first week, make your next goal, I personally think you should say 3rd week because after that it all changes, you really notice your body has changed and you don't want to go near food (whereas now you still do), water and sleep for now you've doing amazing and you're welcome I'm here to push us through. Oh a good time to watch healthy food documentaries and documentaries on the harm of junk food lol education really helps too
