when should I start having the bars?

My Councellor is pretty laid back and she even offered to give me the bars in my first week but I want to maximise my losses as far as possible. I really miss chewing but should I wait a bit longer before starting the bars oe can I start on Monday without it affecting my loss? Is there a danger of coming out of ketosis with the bars? I think I read that somewhere

I think i read that it is ok after you been established on ss for 2 weeks. I am going to have my 1st bar Monday which will be the start of my 3rd week.
